Yeti Cycles 160E C1 Electric Bike Turquoise Blue

The Yeti Cycles 160E C1 electric bike is built by Yeti staff. The frame and fork are made of carbon, which makes them lightweight. Thanks to the Shimano XT 1×11-speed drivetrain, and the 29″ DT Swiss EX1700 wheels, the bike provides excellent performance during sport. The Shimano EP8 motor provides power for when you need help on your longer routes. The geometry is designed to suit both male and female morphology. It combines a sophisticated structure in the tubes that adds efficiency, as well as a plus of aerodynamics thanks to the profiles that adapt.

With the right suspension, an electric MTB can do things that a pedal bike can’t, taking you further and faster. Sixfinity offers a suspension design that has been expertly tuned for the weight, speed and additional demands of an electric MTB. The motor limit of 25 km/h can be easily exceeded by riders. As a fundamental design requirement, the 160E continues to raise its performance and composure, the faster you go. So much so that Jared Graves has a new favourite bike.

Each track is different. Every rider has his or her own driving preferences. Sixfinity has an adjustable leverage rate progression that provides a dynamic range of suspension feel. All this while retaining geometry, anti-squat and anti-lift characteristics, and with a minimal impact on wheel travel of +/-2mm. As with all Yeti models, its suspension and engineering teams refine the damper tuning throughout the development process to make the most of the suspension’s capabilities. Since the Sixfinity inherently has a wider pedalling zone and adjustable progression rates, our e-MTB setting prioritises sensitivity to small bumps.
