The Santa Cruz Highball 3C 29″ MTB bike was built by Santa Cruz staff. The frame and fork are made of carbon, which makes them lightweight. Thanks to the 1×12-speed SRAM GX Eagle drivetrain and the 27.5 and 29″ RaceFace AR Offset wheels for disc brakes, the bike provides excellent performance during sport. The RockShox Sid SL Select+, 100mm w/ Remote fork offers safety and control so you can get the most out of your mountain rides. The geometry is designed to suit both male and female morphology. It combines a sophisticated structure in the tubes that adds efficiency, as well as a plus of aerodynamics thanks to the profiles that adapt.

It is one of the rigid carbon racing bikes in the XC versatility. More capable than a pure endurance bike, more composed than most XC race bikes, the Highball has evolved to be easier to ride for longer. They have perfected the carbon compounding process and the low-angle, bridgeless seat stays attach to the seat tube below the top tube junction in order to dampen road vibrations.

Built around a 27.2mm diameter seatpost, the whole assembly combines to take the “harshness” out of the rigid bike’s ride. It has the mentality of a racing bike but is ready for more.
