The BH Gravel Evo 3.5 gravel bike has been built by the staff of BH Bikes. The frame and fork are made of carbon, which makes them lightweight. Thanks to the Shimano GRX 2×11 speed transmission and the Shimano RS370 disc brake wheels, the bike provides excellent performance during sport. The geometry is designed to suit both male and female morphology. It combines a sophisticated structure in the tubes that adds efficiency, as well as a plus of aerodynamics thanks to the profiles that adapt.
The BH Gravel X Evo 3.5 gravel bike is light, stiff, responsive and reactive. It’s synonymous with experience and fun. Your perfect travel companion, because it offers the confidence and security needed to devour miles through the most varied terrain: from road to open gravel roads, through forest terrain where you can enjoy cycling. The objective sought by the BH R&D team was clear: lightness, rigidity, sensitivity and reactivity. Four essential elements to enjoy your passion. A gravel bike that is designed for long hours of riding. And that is why the comfort and stability of driving has been given priority. Its innovative geometry features a higher head tube while maintaining its sporty essence, together with reduced sloping, a 71ΒΊ steering angle for a stable but agile ride, and an increased wheelbase that guarantees comfort without sacrificing the characteristic reactivity of its road range. Special emphasis has been placed on achieving a wide wheel arch, suitable for tyres up to 42mm. These wider tyres ensure resistance on gravel roads and are fast enough for the road.
Its 12mm thru axles provide greater safety and rigidity to the assembly, while allowing for easy assembly and disassembly. It features disc brakes (140 mm at the rear and 160 mm at the front) with Flat Mount technology, the most minimalist, lightweight and solid way of integrating the calipers into the frame and fork. All this to achieve a progressive, smooth and powerful braking in any weather condition and type of terrain. Its smooth, stylish lines are highlighted by the markedly asymmetrical pods. The rear triangle has been designed with the stresses and strains involved in disc braking in mind – totally different from a conventional brake. As it is an ideal bike for long journeys, you can mount grille brackets and luggage racks on the frame and fork.
Technology:
– Flat Mount Disc Brakes: the rear and fork of the frame has been completely redesigned to withstand the stresses and strains produced by 140mm/160mm disc brakes.
– Gravel Geometry: riding comfort and stability, high steering head tube and long wheelbase. The geometry of the Gravel Carbon is designed for long hours of riding, giving priority to comfort and stability. These virtues are achieved thanks to its high steering pipe, its top tube with contained sloping measurements and its wide wheelbase.
– CARBON: The optimum combination of carbon fibre and resin sheets has been incorporated into the design and development of the Gravel Carbon. The frame has been built 100% with the technique of emptying the inside of the frame, Hollow Core Carbon Technology.
